Making a Purchase 

In order to purchase a product, simply browse through the online shopping facility. Click on the ‘Add To Basket’ icon next to your chosen product and the item will be put in your shopping basket (a running total is visible next to the shopping basket whilst you are shopping). Once you have finish shopping, click on ‘Checkout’. The products and total purchase price will appear and invite you to complete your payment and delivery details. All items shown on the website are subject to availability. In the event of any items not being available we will contact you to review your order. 

Making a Payment 

Our minimum order is £8.50 to any UK mainland address. All prices quoted are in British Pounds (sterling). We accept credit/debit card which are processed via a secure on-line encrypted payment system, and accept credit or debit cards from MasterCard and Visa.  We also use Paypal payment scheme.

Delivery 

Postage and Packaging is charged at £3.99 for low volume shipping.  This is delivery by the Royal Mail and can take 3-4 days.  For higher volume shipping, postage and packaging is £7.50 and delivered by overnight couriers Wilson's Express APC (UK Mainland only). Free delivery (UK Mainland only) will be provided for all orders over £150.00 Delivery outside the UK is currently not available. 

Collection from our commercial unit in Maidstone is available with notice given.

We aim to despatch orders asap, normally within two to four working days, but please allow 14 days in the event of being out of stock, but we will contact you if this is that case.

Please ensure that you provide accurate contact or delivery details to ensure timely delivery. We do not accept liability for any failed or late deliveries due to incorrect address details. In the event that nobody is available to receive the order, the courier will leave a card to arrange a convenient time. A signed note (‘Please leave the items at…’) will be acceptable, but we will take no responsibility in the event of missing items. Once a delivery has been made by the courier and a signature has been obtained, this is proof that the item has been delivered and accepted by the consumer.  No further action will be taken within this order trail and the trail ends.

Cancellations, Returns, Refunds 

If you change your mind about the product you may cancel your order within 7 days of receiving the items under the Distance Selling Directive. Products can only be returned if they are unopened and undamaged. Please note that in this case you will need to pay the return delivery charge however we will refund you the full amount that you have paid for the product including the original delivery charge. 

Unfortunately we cannot accept proof of postage as proof of receipt for the goods and the refund will be only issued if the products are received by us and are in a good condition. 

Whereas every effort is made to supply high quality goods as shown, if the goods arrive damaged or are different to your order, we will send you a replacement or a refund for the full amount including the original delivery charge. For any claim to be accepted, Nip from the Hip needs to be notified within 3 days of receiving the items on 01622 809549 or info@nipfromthehip.co.uk. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. 

Alcohol Policy 

All of our products contain alcohol and may only be ordered by customers aged 18 or over. By placing an order for an alcoholic product, you confirm that you are age 18 or over.

Whilst every effort has been made to ensure that the information contained in this website is correct, Nip from the Hip Ltd cannot be held responsible for any errors that may occur. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the service, products or the prices (or any content thereof) without any notice. 

Nip from the Hip Ltd offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, polices and notices stated here. By placing an order with us you are agreeing to accept these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to amend or remove any section of the terms and conditions without prior notice.
