This quintessential fruit ,with it's matt indigo colouring, peppers our Kent orchards and hedgerows with beautiful white blossom in April and full ripe fruit late August through to September. Once prepared and bottled the damson liqueur puts it's feet up, gets comfortable and continues to develop and mature in it's new glass house.
Made with London dry gin, it is recommended that the damson gin liqueur be consumed over ice, undiluted or mixed with some fizz.
Best stored at room temperature and out of direct sunlight. No additives or preservatives used. No allergens.
